Rates & Payments:         PC Doctor Rates
 

The PC Doctor rates are clearly defined, we offer a FREE Quotation service and there are no  call out charges for business or home users . 

 

Our technicians are available 7 days per week 

from 8am to 8pm.

 

For business customers account facilities are available, which provides flexibility for your company. Invoicing is then performed on a month by month basis - call us to discuss your requirements.

 
 

Computer Repairs
  • Rates:

PC Doctor labour rates are based at £45 per hour this is a minimum rate which covers the first hour.  We charge following the first hour in 30 minute increments, so if a job  takes 1 hour and 30 minutes then the charge will be £45 + £22.50 and so on. These prices are for labour only; if parts are required you will be advised of the cost before work begins.

  • Call Out:
 We do not charge a call out fee, the only time you will be charged is if we carry out work on your behalf. . Email us for technician availability in the following areas Wirral, Cheshire & Flintshire:

  • Quote:
 We are happy to provide a FREE written quotation for any work or product required. We do not charge extra for weekend or evening appointments.

  • Payments:
 We accept the following methods of payment: Cheque (Accompanied by a valid Bankers Card) - Cash - Credit & Debit Cards. Payment is due on receipt of invoice.

  • Credit Terms:
 Credit terms are available for regular clients subject to prior arrangement and office approval.
